Welcome to Marta Art! These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of our custom items and graphic design services. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.  

 

1. Custom Orders & Design Process**  

- All custom work, including artwork, logos, branding, and other designs, is created based on client specifications.  

- Once a project has started, changes may incur additional fees depending on the revision scope.  

- Clients must provide clear instructions and all necessary materials before work begins.  

- We reserve the right to decline projects that contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.  

 

2. Payments & Pricing**  

- Full payment or a non-refundable deposit (as specified in the order agreement) is required before work begins.  

- Prices may vary based on project complexity, materials, and revisions requested.  

- All payments are processed securely through third-party providers; we do not store payment details.  

 

3. Refunds & Cancellations**  

- Due to the nature of custom work, **all sales are final** once design work has begun.  

- If a project is canceled before work starts, a full refund may be issued.  

- Refunds are not available for completed designs, approved work, or custom items already in production.  

- If an order does not meet agreed specifications, we will offer reasonable revisions to resolve the issue.  

 

4. Revisions & Approval**  

- The number of revisions included will be outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.  

- Once a design is approved and finalized, no further changes can be made.  

 

5. Ownership & Copyright**  

- We retain copyright and ownership of all designs until full payment is received.  

- Custom artwork or branding projects may be used in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.  

- Clients may not resell, modify, or claim our designs as their own without permission.  

 

6. Turnaround Time**  

- Estimated delivery times will be provided before starting a project but may vary based on complexity.  

- Delays due to client response time, additional revisions, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.  

 

7. Limitation of Liability**  

- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or claims resulting from the use of our designs.  

- Clients are responsible for ensuring designs comply with legal requirements, including trademarks and copyrights.  

 

8. Changes to These Terms**  

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
